Lakeville UMC has an active visitation ministry, especially for those hospitalized or staying in a nursing home or rehabilitational facility.  If you would like a visit from the pastor or a member of the church family visitors, please call the church office at 226-6713.  If you would like to become a visitor for your church family, talk with the pastor and we would be glad to have you join in the caretaking ministry of this congregation.

Please submit your visitation below to the pastor.  All log entries are sent directly to the pastor's personal email and will be held in the strictest of confidence.  There is also a paper log notebook in the Fellowship wing.  Feel free to call the pastor if you have any questions or concerns.
